Resolution of the European Parliament on the Manipur issue
- In July 2023, the European Parliament passed a motion calling on the Indian government to immediately end the ongoing ethnic clashes in Manipur and protect its religious minorities.
- The European Union parliament also condemned in the strongest terms the nationalist rhetoric used by leading members of the National Party in the national government.
