Context
The Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) has collaborated with UNICEF to provide “School in a Box” kits to children aged 6-18 in flood-affected relief camps.
About
- Children in flood-affected areas of Assam get a ‘school in a box‘ to continue their education. This plan is for 167 relief camps in the nation, in which floods and landslides have caused 31 deaths since May.
